New sedan variant from Mercedes – Benz called new SLK is unveiled by Mercedes-Benz at 2011 Detroit Motor Show. This new Mercedes variant is designed in gray exterior and touts efficiency-driven improvisation. This new SLK concept also features a variable – opacity glass roof. A new appearance of this new SLK takes inspiration from the existing design and its predecessor.

This new Mercedes-Benz SLK is designed with classic roadster proportion on its exterior; this sedan variant also has a long hood. Other features are a short rear end and a compact passenger compartment situated at the rear. The designs of Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG and 190 SL inspire the front end look of this new SLK.

The efficiency-driven system of this new SLK is ensured by wings and hoods which are produced from aluminum and the drag co-efficient which was decreased 0.30 from 0.32. For the details, below are several images of this new Mercedes-Benz SLK.
